(referred to as "Western Mining Group"), and its concerted action person Qinghai Western Mining Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Western Mining Asset"), have collectively increased their holdings by 6.458 million shares, accounting for 0.271% of the company's total share capital.
