CQRC BANK (03618): Liu Xiaojun elected as the Chairman of the Fifth Board of Directors.

CQRC Bank (03618) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed to nominate Mr. Liu Xiaojun as a candidate for the Executive Director of the Bank. Mr. Liu Xiaojun has confirmed that he has no objections to the nomination. The Bank is pleased to announce that Mr. Liu Xiaojun has been elected as the Chairman of the Fifth Board of Directors. Mr. Liu Xiaojun's qualifications as Chairman will take effect from the date when the Bank's shareholders' meeting approves his appointment as Executive Director of the Bank and he receives approval from the Chongqing Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and will last until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors.
