On April 20, the National Energy Administration released the national electricity industry statistics for January to March. As of the end of March, the total installed capacity for power generation in the country was 3.43 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%. Among them, CECEP Solar Energy had an installed capacity of 0.95 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 43.4%; wind power had an installed capacity of 0.54 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%. In the January to March period, the average utilization of power generation equipment in the country was 769 hours, a decrease of 81 hours compared to the same period last year; the completed investment in power generation projects by major power generation companies in the country was 132.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.5%; the completed investment in grid projects was 95.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.8%.
