United States President Trump stated that on Friday, his doctor conducted about four hours of physical examination on him and he passed a cognitive test. While on Air Force One heading to Florida, Trump told reporters, "I took a cognitive test, I aced it. I couldn't have done any better." When asked about the test content, Trump said it was similar to the cognitive screening he had received in the pastincluding repeating specific words to test memoryand stated that he took the test because he "wants to be different from Biden." During last year's election, controversies surrounding presidential health transparency reached a peak, ultimately leading former President Biden to withdraw from the race due to doubts about his cognitive abilities and allegations of his team hiding his health condition. "It's a very famous test. Whatever it was, I did all the questions correctly." Trump revealed he had taken similar tests four times before. The President stated that overall, he believes his annual physical examination conducted by his private doctor, Navy Colonel Sean Conley, went well and medical personnel provided some suggestions regarding his health. The results of the examination will be released in a report on Sunday. "I feel very good overall, with a strong heart and a good soula very good soul." Trump, aged 78, completed this physical examination at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, marking his first examination during his second term in office. As the oldest president to ever take office in U.S. history, Trump has long been resistant to disclosing his health condition publicly, making the presidential annual physical examination unusual during his tenure. During the 2016 campaign, Trump released a letter from his doctor stating that he would be "the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency," a claim later revealed to have been dictated by Trump. During his first term, Trump did not undergo his first physical examination until over a year into his presidency. The 2020 presidential health report released by White House physician Sean Conley used data compiled over a six-month period, but did not explain why it took half a year to complete the examination. In 2020, Trump claimed to have taken a cognitive test a year earlier and showcased his memory skills by reciting "person, woman, man, camera, TV" in an interview, which quickly went viral on the internet.
