Zhejiang Reclaim Construction Group (002586.SZ) issued an announcement stating that, based on the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (Yongzheng Gaozi [2025] No. 2) issued by the Ningbo Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on April 18, 2025, it was pointed out in the notice that the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report were found to be falsified. According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2024 Revision), in case of any of the following situations, the stock of a listed company will be subject to additional risk warnings: (8) The financial indicators disclosed in the annual report are found to be falsified based on the facts stated in the Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. However, the situation does not meet the criteria specified in Article 9.5.2 of this rule. The financial indicators mentioned include operating income, total profit, net profit, assets or liabilities in the balance sheet. Starting from April 21, 2025, the company's stock will be subject to additional risk warnings.
