Turkey launches new exporter review in anti-dumping case on plywood from China.

On August 27, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/35, in response to an application from the Malaysian company Mentakab Veneer and Plywood SDN. BND., initiating a new exporter review investigation on the anti-dumping case of plywood originating from China. The investigation will review whether the Malaysian company Mentakab Veneer and Plywood SDN. BND. involved in the circumvention final ruling is eligible for a separate tax rate. The Turkish tariff numbers for the products involved are 4412.10, 4412.31, 4412.33, 4412.34, and 4412.39. The announcement will take effect from the date of issuance.
