Optimizing the financing mechanism for small and micro enterprises, strengthening support for private enterprises, foreign trade enterprises, and technology enterprises, upgrading the "Tong e Rong" one-stop financing service platform, and increasing the balance of loans to inclusive small and micro enterprises to 2616.03 billion yuan, an increase of 17.27%.
