Zh tng cijng APP news, China Education (00136.HK) announced that on July 31, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber (Wuji Capital Management Limited), whereby the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company has conditionally agreed to issue and distribute a total of 1.3 billion subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 3.00 per share; and (ii) on August 1, 2025 (before the trading session), the company entered into a placement agreement with the placing agent regarding the subscription matters, whereby the placing agent has conditionally agreed to use their best efforts to facilitate the subscriber and the company to enter into the subscription agreement for subscribing the subscription shares at the subscription price.
