US stock market closing report: Microsoft rose 1.2%, Nvidia rose over 0.9%, Tesla fell 0.7%

On Thursday, the index of the seven giant US technology stocks rose by 0.49%, to close at 179.53 points. Microsoft closed up by 1.20%, Nvidia rose by 0.95% to reach a new closing high, Google A rose by 0.33%, Amazon rose by 0.31%, Apple closed down by 0.07%, Meta Platforms fell by 0.21%, and Tesla fell by 0.70%. In addition, Taiwan Semiconductor ADR rose by 3.38%, closing at $245.60, reaching a new closing high for the third consecutive trading day with a market value of $1.28 trillion; Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares, owned by Buffet, rose by 0.44%, AMD rose by 0.21%, and Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals fell by 3.58%.
