Honghua Digital: Some of the shareholders holding more than 5% have released 3.5028 million shares from the pledge.

Honghua Digital announced that on December 3, 2025, shareholder Xinhu Zhinao released a pledge of 3.5028 million shares, accounting for 8.16% of the total shares held, 23.80% of the total shares held, and 1.94% of the company's total share capital. After this release of pledge, Xinhu Zhinao has pledged a total of 11.2111 million shares of the company, accounting for 76.18% of the total number of shares held, and 6.22% of the total share capital of the company. These shares currently have no future pledge plans.
