Tongcheng New Materials announced that in order to meet the daily operation and business development needs of the company and its subsidiaries, Huachi Chemical and China Construction Bank Shanghai Huangpu Branch have signed two "guarantee contracts", providing joint liability guarantee for loans of 40 million yuan and 100 million yuan respectively for the company, with the actual guarantee balance reaching 790.5 million yuan; the company has also signed a "maximum guarantee contract" with DBS Bank Shanghai Branch, providing a joint liability guarantee of 110 million yuan for Huachi Chemical, with the actual guarantee balance of 280 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company and its subsidiaries have a total external guarantee balance of 2.65086 billion yuan, with no overdue external guarantee issues.
