Lake Electric announced that the company, along with general partner Zongheng Jinding and other limited partners, have signed a partnership agreement to subscribe for shares in the Green City Jintang Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise. The total fundraising scale of the partnership enterprise is approximately 32.05 million yuan. The company will subscribe 20 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 62.4025%, and plans to invest in the equity of Shenzhen Clouded Leopard Intelligent. Recently, the partnership enterprise has completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained a business license, but has not yet completed the registration with the China Securities Association, so there is uncertainty in the investment.
