Report: Female CEOs are more likely to be targeted by activist investors.

The World Federation of Major Enterprises released a report on December 3 showing that from 2018 to 2025, women accounted for only 6.3% of the Chief Executive Officers of companies in the Russell 3000 Index, but during the same period, 15.7% of activist investors targeted companies led by women.
