CRRC: Plans to convene an extraordinary general meeting to consider the proposal of splitting and listing a subsidiary company.

China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation announced that the company will hold the 2025 Third Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on December 29th at 14:00, at the company meeting room in Haidian District, Beijing. This shareholders' meeting will deliberate on 10 special resolutions regarding the listing of its subsidiary, CRRC Qisuo, on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board. These resolutions require approval by over 2/3 of the total voting shares and individual votes will be counted for small and medium investors. Shareholders can vote either in person or online, and the company will remind shareholders to participate in the voting at the meeting.
