21st Century Education: Yao Zhijun resigns as independent non-executive director.

21CENTURY EDU (01598) announced that the board has received the resignation letter of Yao Zhijun. Yao Zhijun is resigning from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's audit committee, and member of the board's nomination committee, due to his desire to devote more time to personal matters. The resignation will take effect on April 16, 2025.
