Shenzhen Zhongzhuang Construction Group (002822.SZ) announced that the board of directors has received a written resignation report from the former chairman Zhuang Zhannuo. Due to personal reasons, Zhuang Zhannuo no longer feels suitable to serve as the president of CKH HOLDINGS and has applied to resign from the position of president and also as the convener and member of the board's strategic committee. After resigning, Zhuang Zhannuo will hold other positions within the company, excluding director, supervisor, and senior management positions. After a vote by the board of directors, Zhuang Xiaohong has been appointed as the chairman of the fifth board of directors. Following a qualification review by the company's nomination committee, Zhuang Xuchu has been appointed as the president of the company, with the term to last from the date of approval at the 21st meeting of the fifth board of directors until the end of the term of the fifth board of directors. According to the company's articles of association, "the president is the legal representative of the company," Zhuang Xuchu will serve as the legal representative of the company after completing the company's business registration changes.
