STERLING GP(01825) announced that, due to personal health reasons, Chung Kwok Wai has resigned as Executive Director; Chief Financial Officer; Operations Director; Authorized Representative; Legal Process Agent; Director of the wholly-owned subsidiary Elegant Maker Limited; and Chief Financial Officer of the wholly-owned subsidiary Sterling Apparel Limited, effective from April 16, 2025. From April 16, 2025, the Company Secretary, Wong Sai Hung, has been appointed as Authorized Representative and Legal Process Agent to fill the vacancies left by Chung Kwok Wai in those positions.
