Oriental Energy (002221.SZ)announced that its controlling shareholder, Donghua Petroleum (Yangtze) Co., Ltd. ("Donghua Petroleum") and its concerted action parties plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares in the next 6 months through means allowed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, such as centralized bidding. They intend to increase their stake by no less than 1.9% of the company's total share capital, and not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital.

Nanfang Zhongjin Environment (300145.SZ) controlling shareholder Wuxi Municipal Engineering Group intends to acquire 5.01% of the shares.
