Announcement by Nanfang Zhongjin Environment (300145.SZ): The controlling shareholder of the company, Wuxi Municipal Administration Group, signed the "Share Transfer Agreement of Nanfang Zhongjin Environment Co., Ltd." with Mr. Shen Jinhao on April 8, 2025. According to the agreement, Wuxi Municipal Administration Group acquired a total of 96.2371 million shares held by Shen Jinhao, accounting for 5.01% of the total shares of the listed company. Shen Jinhao and Shen Jieyong will continue to maintain a consistent acting in concert relationship with Wuxi Municipal Administration Group. The total consideration for the transfer of the target shares is 253 million yuan.
