CHINA BEST Network Security (000004.SZ) intends to list and transfer 95% equity and related debts of Shandong Network Security.

China Best Network Security (000004.SZ) announced that, in order to further optimize its asset structure, improve cash flow, and enhance asset operation efficiency, the company intends to transfer 95% of the equity held by its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen I Love Encryption Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Encryption") in Shandong Zhiyou Network Security Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Network Security"), as well as all debts of its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Zhiyou Network Security Technology Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Network Security") and Shenzhen Encryption to Shandong Network Security. After the completion of this transaction, the company (including its subsidiaries) will no longer hold equity in Shandong Network Security, and Shandong Network Security will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
