Beijing Tongrentang (600085.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Beijing TONGRENTANGCM Co., Ltd. (TONGRENTANGCM), has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with China Duty Free Group International Limited (China Duty Free). The agreement stipulates that, based on the existing cooperation channels for duty-free shopping in Hainan, membership purchases, and duty-free shops in Hong Kong, the two parties will further expand their cooperation in domestic and overseas channels and products. They will explore cooperation to provide exclusive versions of Beijing Tongrentang's Huoluo oil and Chinese anti-aging series products in China Duty Free channels. They will also explore cooperation in innovative Chinese health food and beverage formats, and based on their mutual willingness to cooperate, they will promote cooperation in domestic and overseas stores in a timely manner. The two parties will leverage their respective strengths to explore business, product, and cultural cooperation from different dimensions with the theme of promoting Chinese culture internationally.
