COOLPOINT INNO(08040) announced that due to a failure to reach a consensus with Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhongzheng Tianheng) on the audit fees for the audit of the comprehensive financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, Zhongzheng Tianheng has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from April 7, 2025. The Board of Directors further announced that, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has decided to appoint Ahead Accounting Firm Limited (Ahead) as the company's new auditor, effective from April 7, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy created by the resignation of Zhongzheng Tianheng, with the term to last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
