TENCENT (00700) announced that on April 7, 2025, it repurchased 1.35 million shares for a total of HK$601 million, with a repurchase price of HK$431.2-461.8 per share. On the same day, 784,600 shares were issued as a result of the exercise of stock options under the 2023 stock option plan adopted on May 17, 2023.
