AIDIGONG (00286): establish an independent board committee

AIDIGONG (00286) announced that the board of directors has decided to establish an Independent Director Committee, consisting of three independent non-executive directors, Tan Guoxin, Cai Weikang, and Wang Bin, to investigate various matters, including but not limited to the following: (a) such matters; (b) suspected forgery of seals/documents; and (c) claims of forged change of legal representative, and handle any other matters that the board of directors may from time to time deem fit. Wang Bin has been appointed as the Chairman of the Independent Director Committee. The Independent Director Committee may appoint other professional consultants to assist in the independent investigation.
