MAIYUE TECH (02501) announces that, effective April 1, 2025: Mr. Ye Shanmin has been appointed as the Group's Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer; Ms. Deng Caidie has been appointed as the Group's Co-Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Li Changqing is no longer the Chief Executive Officer, but will continue to serve as an Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.
