Suzhou Novosense Microelectronics (688052.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares (H-shares) overseas and list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to enhance the company's overall competitiveness, advance its internationalization strategy, and utilize the international capital markets for diversified financing channels. The issuance of H-shares and listing still need to be approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, and be filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, as well as approved by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Currently, the company is actively discussing with relevant intermediaries, and specific details have not been finalized yet.
On February 26, Suzhou Novosense Microelectronics released the preliminary financial results for the year 2024. The company achieved a total operating income of 1.961 billion yuan in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 49.56%; the net loss attributable to the owner of the parent company was 403 million yuan, with an expanded loss; the net loss attributable to the owner of the parent company excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 455 million yuan, with an expanded loss; and the basic loss per share was 2.83 yuan.
During the reporting period, the company's operating income increased by 49.56% year-on-year, mainly benefiting from the steady growth in demand in the downstream automotive electronics sector, with the company's related products continuing to increase in volume; at the same time, the prosperity of the consumer electronics sector continued to improve; and most customers in the industrial automation and digital power fields of the pan-energy industry resumed normal demand.
The company's articles of association show that Suzhou Novosense Microelectronics is dedicated to the research and development, design, and application of automotive-grade signal chain chips, providing chip-level solutions for connecting the digital world and the real world. The company's business scope includes: sales of semiconductor components, integrated circuits, sensors; technical development, design, and services for electronic products; technical development, technology transfer, and technology consulting for computer software and computer information system integration; and import and export business of the above products and technologies on a self-operated or agency basis.
