According to reports, the Avita brand, jointly created by Changan, Huawei, and Contemporary Amperex Technology, is accelerating the Hong Kong Stock Exchange IPO process. They plan to submit their listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as the second quarter of this year and complete the listing in the fourth quarter. The report quoted sources as saying, "The company is currently in the filing guidance stage and intends to appoint Huatai International and other sponsors." Data shows that Chongqing Changan Automobile and NIO established Avita Technology in 2018, with NIO later withdrawing. In 2021, the company introduced Huawei and Contemporary Amperex Technology as investors and officially renamed it Avita, aiming to become a global high-end intelligent electric vehicle brand. In September of last year, Chongqing Changan Automobile revealed to investors that Avita Technology would promote market-oriented operations and had plans to independently list. In February, Avita sold 5,182 vehicles, with a cumulative sales volume of 14,008 vehicles in January and February this year.
