Sanxiang New Material Holdings' controlling shareholder extended the pledge of some of the shares

Sanxiang New Materials Announcement, one of the controlling shareholders, Huifu Investment, holds 72,461,952 shares of the company, accounting for 17.12%. Some shares pledged by Huifu Investment on September 8, 2025, totaled 5,810,000 shares after the extension, accounting for 8.02% of its holdings and 1.37% of the total share capital of the company. Huifu Investment and its concerted parties collectively hold 54.90% of the total share capital of the company, with the accumulated pledged shares after this extension accounting for 2.50% of their holdings and 1.37% of the total share capital of the company. The pledged shares are not used for any other guarantee purposes. The company will continue to monitor the share pledge situation and disclose it in a timely manner.
