The Federal Communications Commission will terminate its investigation into EchoStar Communications.

According to regulatory documents, the Federal Communications Commission of the United States will terminate its investigation into Global Star Communications because the company has already taken on the obligation to build 5G in the country. Global Star Communications recently sold wireless spectrum to SpaceX, owned by Musk, for 17 billion dollars, and announced two weeks ago that they would sell spectrum to AT&T for 23 billion dollars.
