According to regulatory documents, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will terminate its investigation into EchoStar, as the company has committed to the country's 5G construction obligations. EchoStar recently sold wireless spectrum to Elon Musk's SpaceX for $17 billion and two weeks ago announced the sale of spectrum to AT&T for $23 billion.
