Report: ASML to acquire French AI star company Mistral for 1.3 billion euros.

Media quoted insiders as saying that Asmae will become the largest shareholder of the French artificial intelligence startup Mistral AI. It will invest 1.3 billion euros out of the total financing of 1.7 billion euros in Mistral, and is expected to get a seat on Mistral's board. This round of financing will make Mistral the most valuable artificial intelligence company in Europe, with a pre-funding valuation of 10 billion euros in its latest Series C financing.
