Mexico makes final anti-dumping ruling on footwear products from China

According to the announcement from the Ministry of Economy of Mexico on September 3, 2025, anti-dumping final ruling was made on footwear products originating from China. A minimum limit price of $22.58 per pair was set for the implicated products. No anti-dumping tax will be imposed on the implicated products with import prices equal to or higher than $22.58 per pair. Anti-dumping tax will be imposed on the implicated products with import prices lower than the minimum limit price, but the difference tax shall not exceed the following limits determined for each exporter: 1. Zhejiang Bijiebi Shoes Co., Ltd. tax rate is $0.54 per pair; 2. Putian Xinlong Shoes Co., Ltd. tax rate is $1.93 per pair; 3. Tax rate for exporters who participated in the investigation but were not selected for sampling is $3.00 per pair; 4. Wampson Shoes Co., Ltd. tax rate is $4.69 per pair; 5. Dajiangzhen Gongyiya Xin Shoe Factory and other exporters from Taishan City have a tax rate of $22.50 per pair.
