According to disclosure documents filed on Monday evening at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Dahua Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. raised HK$392 million (US$50.3 million) through the issuance of shares in Hong Kong. The retail portion of the offering in Hong Kong was oversubscribed 7,558.4 times, while the international portion was oversubscribed 21.65 times. The shares are expected to begin trading on Tuesday, September 9th.
