Shangwei Group: Li Guangyuan plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 3%

Shangwei Corporation announced that shareholder Li Guangyuan holds 68.25 million shares of the company, accounting for 10.98%; plans to reduce holdings by a total of no more than 18.6458 million shares within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which is no more than 3%. Among them, it plans to reduce no more than 6.2153 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1%; and plans to reduce no more than 12.4306 million shares through block trading, accounting for 2%.
