Reporters learned from Xiamen Customs that since the China International Investment and Trade Fair was held in 1997, it has boosted the number of foreign-invested enterprises in Fujian Province to 78,000, with an average annual increase of 2,116. In the first seven months of this year, the import and export trade volume of foreign-invested enterprises reached 238.77 billion yuan, with imports totaling 91.24 billion yuan and exports totaling 147.53 billion yuan.
