Zhixun Finance APP, China Shipbuilding Defense (00317.HK) announced that Mr. Chen Liping, a director of the company, submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors of the company on September 5, 2025 due to work changes, resigning from the positions of director of the 11th board of directors, member of the Strategic Committee, and general manager. After resigning, Mr. Chen will no longer hold any position in the company.
