Among them, CoolSee Intelligence was required to supplement information on the establishment of offshore structures and the compliance of return mergers, etc. According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 25th, CoolSee Intelligence submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and CITIC Securities is its exclusive sponsor.
