Eternal International (01218.HK) subsidiary intends to sell 27 million Hong Kong dollars worth of 2023 convertible bonds, representing 33.75% of the outstanding principal amount.

Smart Finance APP News, Yongyi International (01218.HK) issued an announcement that on September 5, 2025, the seller (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into an agreement with the buyer regarding the sale transaction. According to the agreement, the seller agrees to sell 33.75% of the outstanding principal amount of the 2023 convertible notes to the buyer, while the buyer agrees to purchase the 33.75% of the outstanding principal amount of the 2023 convertible notes for a total price of HK$27 million, with a premium of HK$3.375 million.
