McGill Mit and others have established a new eyewear company in Chongqing, which includes AI-related businesses.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chongqing Huiniu Eyeglasses Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Xu serving as the legal representative and a registered capital of 25 million yuan. Its business scope includes production of second-class medical devices, sales of optical glass, sales of optical instruments, sales of wearable smart devices, and development of artificial intelligence application software. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, this company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Huiniu Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Shenzhen Huiniu Investment Partnership, Meagmmit, and others.
