China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. (600016) disclosed its semi-annual report on the evening of August 29. In the first half of 2025, the company achieved operating income of 72.384 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.83%; the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 21.38 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.87%; and the basic earnings per share were 0.45 yuan. The company plans to distribute cash dividends of 1.36 yuan (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders of the bank.
