Israeli finance minister says Hamas must surrender or be destroyed.

Israeli Finance Minister and far-right politician Smotrich stated at a press conference on August 28th that if Hamas does not disarm, Israel will gradually annex the Gaza Strip. Smotrich presented a plan at the press conference called "Victory in Gaza by the end of the year" and issued a final ultimatum to Hamas, either choose to "surrender" according to the conditions set out by Israel, or "continue fighting" until destroyed.
