Guangxi acquires 20,000 units of existing commercial housing, promoting the stabilization and rebound of the real estate market.
On August 23, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region introduced that Guangxi has become the first in the country to complete the acquisition project landing, the first to obtain loan for the purchase of subsidized housing, issue the first real estate certificate for subsidized housing, and the first province to implement financial rewards for the acquisition of existing housing. By the end of June this year, Guangxi had acquired 20,000 sets of existing commercial housing, driving the growth rate of sales area of commercial housing in the entire region by 9.35 percentage points. At the same time, Guangxi implemented "housing vouchers" resettlement, "purchasing instead of construction", and "old and dangerous house renovation buy old and new", digesting 400,000 square meters of existing commercial housing, with the inventory of commercial housing in the whole region decreasing by 21.1% year-on-year, increasing the confidence of homebuyers, and continuously releasing rigid and improvement demand. From January to July this year, the sales area of newly built commercial residential buildings in Guangxi increased by 5.7% year-on-year, ranking 6th in the country in terms of growth rate. In the first half of this year, the investment in the transformation of urban villages in Guangxi was completed, supporting the growth of real estate development investment in the whole region by 10.2 percentage points.
