All fishing vessels engaged in offshore operations west of Yangjiang, Guangdong province, are required to return to port to take shelter from the wind.
According to a message from the Emergency Management Department of Guangdong Province on the 17th, the office of the Guangdong Province Flood Control, Drought Relief and Wind Resistance Command has issued a notice requiring all local departments to do a good job in defending against the current tropical low pressure in the South China Sea. By 12:00 on the 17th, the waters west of Yangjiang will implement the "six 100%" measures to defend against typhoons, and all fishing boats operating at sea must return to port to seek shelter from the wind.
