31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions have clearly defined three major focus points for stabilizing the economy in the second half of the year.

As of now, 31 provinces, regions, and municipalities have released the "report card" for the first half of the year. During the first half of the year, economic powerhouses continued to play a leading role, while provinces and municipalities in central and western China also performed well.
