China Nong has been approved to change its shareholder again, with Central Huijin Investment Ltd acquiring 55.90% of the equity held by the Ministry of Finance.

On July 30th, the official website of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission announced that it had approved the change of equity of China Agricultural Reinsurance Co., Ltd. The approval allowed China Investment Corporation Limited to acquire the 9 billion shares of China Agricultural Reinsurance previously held by the Ministry of Finance. After the acquisition, China Investment Corporation Limited will hold a total of 9 billion shares of China Agricultural Reinsurance, with a shareholding ratio of 55.90%.
