Russian media: A plan has been devised for the International Space Station to fall into the sea. It will continue operations until at least 2028.

According to Russian media reports on July 29th, the Russian space group announced that the draft plan for the International Space Station to detach from its orbit and fall has been finalized. According to expert assessments, the entire process will take a total of two and a half years. Russian and American space agencies have reached a consensus that the International Space Station will operate at least until 2028, and possibly continue until 2030.
