Shanghai Municipal Commission of Science and Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch.

On July 25th, the strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch was held. Wang Rui, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch, introduced the "Special Action Plan of ICBC Shanghai Branch to Support the Construction of International Science and Technology Innovation Center", and launched the "ICBC Hu Science Credits Loan" and "ICBC Technology Service Application Scene Loan" products.
