LVMH plans to sell Marc Jacobs.

LVMH is currently in negotiations with the parent company of Reebok, Authentic, for the sale of Mark Jacobs. The transaction may soon be reached at around $1 billion. Potential buyers for Mark Jacobs include Blue Star Alliance and WHP Global.
