According to the official notice from China Resources Group's procurement trading platform, the opening time for the centralized procurement of photovoltaic components for China Resources Power's second batch of photovoltaic projects in 2025 has been postponed. A notice released on the evening of July 15th stated that due to external environmental changes, project progress, and other factors, the opening time for this centralized procurement is tentatively postponed until August 18, 2025, with the specific opening time to be notified separately. From the initial tender announcement for this project on July 1st to the opening date change on July 15th, the photovoltaic market prices have suddenly surged in just half a month. Whether this new round of price hikes will be successful depends on whether the end-users are willing to accept them. Due to weakening demand in domestic and international markets in the third quarter, the outlook for a rebound in end-user purchases is not optimistic. At present, we are in a critical period of downstream market observation and competition, which may be an important consideration for the delay in the opening of bids for China Resources Power's centralized procurement.
