Penggao Holdings Group (01865.HK) subsidiary completed a capital injection of 40 million yuan to Xin Xin Industrial Park Management (Guangdong) to acquire 51% equity.

Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Pengao Holdings Group (01865.HK) has announced that all the prerequisites under the capital injection agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on July 16, 2025. Upon completion, investors will hold approximately 51% of the expanded registered capital of the target company. Therefore, the completion will allow the group to have control over the target company and project companies, thus they will be accounted for as indirect non-wholly owned subsidiaries in the company's financial statements.
